Group Pilates Reformer: The best way to achieve the full benefits of Pilates Reformer workouts. In order to participate in the group reformer class you must schedule a private session to be evaluated. If you are a beginning reformer student you will need to complete a course of six private lessons before participating in group classes. Please register for group reformer classes, if only one person registers the class will be cancelled.

Pilates Tower: Although not as widely known as the Pilates reformer, the Pilates tower gives many of the same benefits during a session or workout. Ultimately the real benefits of Pilates come from working with the resistance and range of motion that all the equipment provides. The tower utilizes springs, bars and loops add different variations and allows the student to have a greater sense of utilizing stabilization and control. The tower is a brand new challenge!

Exo Chair: The Pilates chair is considered one of the most challenging pieces of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates, so get ready for an awesome, full-body workout that strengthens the core and sculpts upper and lower body muscles. The focus on strength and conditioning exercises makes the chair appropriate for everyone, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Reformer 101: Pilates Reformer 101 classes provide new students with an introduction to the basic principles of the method. In this class you will also use additional pieces of equipment to achieve correct movements and positioning.

Kickbox Bootcamp: Heidi is teaching her Kickbox Bootcamp at the Sedona Racquet Club on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30am. This class combines boxing and kickboxing choreography with well known aerobic moves to create a high energy, fatburning workout. Each aerobic segment is followed by strength training to ensure that every body part gets pumped.

Hip Hop HUSTLE™: Watch out for Hip Hop HUSTLE™ coming soon to the Sedona Racquet Club! For decades, everyone has loved “the Hustle.” Well, we’ve gone a step further and come up with Hip Hop HUSTLE™! This class takes the fun factor up a notch with super hot moves that will have everyone wanting more! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!! Impossible you say? Not for us! This class is a completely pre-designed hip-hop dance class that’s easy to follow and fun to learn. Which, by the way, makes it even better because anyone can do the moves and make them their own!

Please call to schedule a slot in all classes, there is no class minimum but we need to know who is coming.
